FA Intro
The Client
Brightside is a work benefit that offers employees a personal financial assistant. The assistant can help them find community resources, get access to special low-interest loans, and help them set savings goals for future emergencies.
The Goal
After finishing on-boarding, users do a Financial Assistant Introduction, or FA Intro. The current FA Intro uses a carousel with pictures and words. However, users often don’t read it. The experiment for this project is to use Instagram/TikTok style reels instead. This will give users access to a modern form of media to make it easier for them to learn about FA Intro.
The Outcome
I pulled Stock footage and used AI to generate captions. I did the voice over and the music in the background. Enjoy.
